With DSO SmartHub, you can pay your bills, manage your payment methods, view your usage, report problems with your service, contact us, set up auto pay, set up notification methods, and so much more. SmartHub has come a long way since it was launched in 2012. The mobile app got a refreshed interface in 2019, but the web refresh goes beyond a streamlined look and feel. This refresh upgrades the technology foundation of SmartHub to ensure we’re well positioned into the future. You won’t notice the shift in the technological foundation, but you will see a more user-friendly interface. Below is an example of what our new Smarthub interface will look like. You'll still be able to pay your bills online, look at usages, contact us, and much more. Our plan is to switch to the new design in January of 2024.
