Pay By Phone
To pay your bill by phone, call 1-800-376-3533. You can use your checking account or a valid Visa or MasterCard. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Tired of having to remember to pay your electric bill every month? DS&O offers a convenient alternative. You can make your payment automatically by signing up for Direct Withdrawal. You will receive a statement each month from DS&O to let you know how much your bill is, so you can record the amount in your checkbook.

Your monthly bill from DS&O may be paid by mail, return envelopes are included with your monthly billing statements. If you are mailing a check without the return envelope please mail to; P.O. Box 286, Solomon, Kansas 67480. Be sure to include the name of the account to be paid and account number. If this information is not included it could delay the processing of your payment.
Pay In Person
Payments may be made in person at a payment location nearest you. DS&O hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. For our member's convenience, a drop box is located next to the main entrance. CLICK HERE to find a payment location nearest you.
Budget Billing Plan
The purpose of this plan is to average the member's monthly service bill based upon their previous 12 months of consumption. The Budget Billing Plan DOES bill the member for actual consumption.
The Budget Billing Plan is available to any member of DS&O that receives service under the Rate Schedules "R-1 or R-2". To be eligible, the member must submit a written request and agree to be billed using the conditions of the plan. Members must have accumulated a 12 month historical record of normal electric consumption at the present location. Finally the member's account MUST be current.

Prepay is an innovative solution for members who no longer want to wait until the end of the month to find out how much they owe or are living on a fixed income. Now - all day, any day, anywhere - you can know your electric consumption through the Smart Hub App (available through the App store on your smart phone or click the link below from your computer), or by an In-Home Display (available through the DS&O Office). Prepaid electric services can help you be more energy efficient. Whether that means you adjust the thermostat while you are at work or unplug electrical devices while not in use, you are able to affect your electric consumption and see results. By knowing how much energy you and your family are consuming, you can better budget your electric prepayments.
